Аннотация
У выделенных на территории России, Беларуси и Казахстана нозокомиальных штаммов Salmonella Typhimurium, продуцирующих β-лактамазу расширенного спектра CTX-M-5 и принадлежащих к одной генетической группе, выявлена высокая частота устойчивости к хинолонам (43,1%). Резистентность во всех случаях была связана с наличием единичных точечных мутаций в QRDR области субъединицы А ДНК гиразы (GyrA), однако у разных штаммов были обнаружены различные аминокислотные замены в позициях 83 или 87 GyrA, что свидетельствует об их независимом приобретении. Высокая частота резистентности к хинолонам и разнообразие замен в QRDR объясняются повышенной частотой мутирования (гипермутабельностью), которая была выявлена у всех изолятов описанной клональной группы.
