Аннотация
В настоящей работе представлены данные, свидетельствующие о широком географическом распространении штаммов Salmonella enterica серовар Typhimurium, принадлежащих к одной генетической линии и проявляющих резистентность к оксииминоцефалоспоринам вследствие продукции β-лактамазы расширенного спектра действия CTX-M-5. Родственность штаммов, которые выделялись в ходе многочисленных вспышек нозокомиального сальмонеллёза на территории России, Беларуси и Казахстана, была установлена с помощью методов электрофореза в пульсирующем поле (PFGE) и мультилокусного анализа тандемных повторов (MLVA). Циркуляция клона была впервые зафиксирована в 1994 году и, согласно представленным нами данным, продолжается в настоящее время. Изученные штаммы характеризуются полирезистентностью, в том числе к ингибиторозащищённым пенициллинам и не-β-лактамным антибиотикам, детерминанты резистентности к которым располагаются на больших конъюгативных плазмидах, в то время как ген blaCTX-M-5 находится в сцеплении с мобильным элементом ISEcp1 на небольшой неконъюгативной плазмиде. Часть штаммов проявляет резистентность к налидиксовой кислоте, которая связана с мутациями в QRDR области гена gyrA.
