Аннотация
Антиретровирусные препараты на сегодняшний день являются основой терапии ВИЧ-инфекции. Тяжёлый характер инфекции и необходимость пожизненного приема лекарственных средств обуславливают особую важность правильного подбора препаратов. Наличие большого числа антиретровирусных препаратов, регулярное появление новых препаратов и быстрое обновление информации о них предоставляют клиницистам широкие возможности в выборе терапии ВИЧ-инфицированных пациентов, однако одновременно создают проблему выбора оптимального режима антиретровирусной терапии. В предлагаемом обзоре литературы представлены сведения об имеющихся классах антиретровирусных препаратов, приведены характеристики их основных представителей, показания к применению, дозы, а также информация о лекарственных взаимодействиях и наиболее часто развивающихся нежелательных реакциях.
