Аннотация
В последние десятилетия в клинической практике появились пробиотические штаммы для местного применения, в т.ч. в полости рта. Streptococcus salivarius K12 является перспективным пробиотиком для профилактики и лечения инфекций верхних дыхательных путей и ЛОР-органов и сохранения здоровья микробиоты ротовой полости. В обзоре представлены механизмы действия оральных пробиотиков и результаты клинических исследований по применению штамма S. salivarius K12 при различных нозологических формах.
