Аннотация
Стремительное распространение полирезистентных грамотрицательных бактерий в стационарах во всех странах мира потребовало поиска новых способов преодоления антимикробной резистентности. Цефтазидим-авибактам является первым зарегистрированным препаратом, в состав которого входит новый ингибитор бета-лактамаз с уникальными свойствами. В данном обзоре рассмотрены особенности спектра активности, фармакологические характеристики, данные об эффективности и безопасности цефтазидима-авибактама, полученные как в клинических исследованиях, так и в реальной клинической практике, а также перспективы дальнейших исследований препарата и его клинического применения.
