Аннотация
В данной статье описаны факторы, способствующие снижению эффективности антимикробных препаратов у пожилых пациентов, а также факторы и механизмы, снижающие безопасность этой группы препаратов. Подробно рассмотрены особенности применения различных групп антимикробных препаратов при инфекциях, наиболее часто встречающихся в пожилом возрасте, таких как инфекции дыхательных путей, инфекции мочевых путей и инфекции кожи и мягких тканей. Также представлены данные о лекарственных взаимодействиях между антимикробными препаратами и препаратами других групп, часто применяемыми в пожилом возрасте.
