Аннотация
В обзоре представлены некоторые общие аспекты применения антибактериальных препаратов во время беременности, а также рассмотрены современные данные по безопасности применения макролидов при беременности и лактации, отдельные показания для терапевтического и профилактического использования данной группы препаратов в акушерской практике, определены перспективные направления дальнейших исследований в этой области.
