Аннотация
Карбапенемы относятся к классу β-лактамных антибиотиков с исключительно широким спектром антимикробной активности, хорошими фармакокинетическими параметрами и низкой токсичностью. Такие препараты, как имипенем и меропенем, уже длительное время успешно применяются в клинической практике при лечении тяжёлых нозокомиальных инфекций. Появившийся в 2002 г. эртапенем представляет новую группу карбапенемов. Он отличается от вышеназванных препаратов как спектром антимикробной активности, включающим активность в отношении БЛРС и AmpC-продуцирующих микроорганизмов, что меняет представление о карбапенемах как о препаратах резерва, так и улучшенными фармакокинетическими показателями, что позволяет назначать его один раз в сутки. В статье представлены фармакологические, микробиологические и клинические данные об эртапенеме.
