Objective. Objectives. To analyze the structure of microorganisms isolated in patients with secondary skin and soft tissues infection (SSTIs) (trophic ulcers in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM), chronic arterial insufficiency (CAI), chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), pressure sores and to evaluated methodology of data analysis.
Materials and Methods. A retrospective analysis of data 2013–2015 and 2006–2007 studies was performed. The structure of isolated microorganisms in patients with DM, CAI, CVI, pressure sores was investigated and multiple comparisons were performed.
