Abstract

The retrospective analysis of treatment of patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia has been performed. It has demonstrated that the results of therapy with generic preparations of ceftriaxone and levofloxacin were inferior to original drug preparations with longer time to defervescence, higher rate of mechanical ventilation, longer ICU stay and higher mortality.
