Аннотация
Антимикробная резистентность представляет собой серьезную глобальную проблему, угрожающую системам здравоохранения во всем мире. Высокая стоимость разработки новых препаратов и ограниченный срок их применения ввиду развития устойчивости осложняют ситуацию, что стимулирует активное использование различных подходов, которые могут внести вклад в решение проблемы. В данной статье анализируются современные методы прогнозирования антибиотикорезистентности отдельно взятого изолята. Обзор охватывает как традиционные алгоритмы машинного обучения, такие как логистическая регрессия и «случайный лес», так и передовые подходы, включающие сверточные и графовые нейронные сети, а также трансформерные языковые модели. Высокая изменчивость бактериальных геномов и неоднородность мутационных процессов затрудняют обобщающую способность моделей, а различия в клинических условиях формирования штаммов приводят к нестабильности предсказаний на новых данных. Это ставит под сомнение универсальность текущих решений и указывает на необходимость дальнейшего изучения методов сбора и обработки данных, а также учета ранее неизвестных и вновь возникающих мутаций.
