Аннотация
Местное лечение раневых инфекций остается предпочтительным способом терапии, снижающим риск нежелательных системных лекарственных реакций при обеспечении высоких терапевтических концентраций в тканях раны. Настоящая статья представляет собой анализ клинических исследований местной терапии острых и хронических ран за последнее десятилетие с комментариями о ценности этих данных с точки зрения реальной клинической практики, рекомендациями практикующим специалистам по лечению ран, предположениями о направлениях поиска путей борьбы с раневыми инфекциями. Здесь не обсуждаются более известные рутинные практики, полностью или частично сохраняющие свою актуальность с конца прошлого века, также не рассматриваются средства, ускоряющие регенерацию и эпителизацию в ране.
