Аннотация
Данная статья представляет собой обзор наиболее крупных публикаций, в основном 2017– 2022 гг., посвященных результатам использования трансплантации фекальной микробиоты (ТФМ) для лечения пациентов с рецидивирующей C. difficile-обусловленной антибиотикоассоциированной диареей (рААД) различной тяжести, включая псевдомембранозный колит, с акцентом на способы приготовления и введения материала при ТФМ. Результаты систематических обзоров и метаанализов последних лет едины в высокой оценке роли ТФМ в лечении рААД. Различные варианты приготовления и использования фекальной микробиоты (свежая, замороженная, лиофилизированная) демонстрируют сходную эффективность, но различаются удобством использования.
