Аннотация
Умеренные бактериофаги представляют интерес в качестве носителей и векторов факторов патогенности, определяющих эпидемический потенциал условно-патогенных бактерий, а также в качестве объектов биотехнологии. В данном обзоре представлена ретроспектива исследований умеренных бактериофагов, инфицирующих бактерии рода Enterococcus, включая штаммы, обуславливающие развитие нозокомиальных инфекций. Рассмотрены генетические особенности умеренных энтерококковых бактериофагов, а также описываются варианты их потенциального практического применения в медицине – как уже используемые, так и разрабатываемые.
