Аннотация
В статье представлены географические и временные параметры распространения Candida auris – микромицета, идентифицированного как новый вид дрожжевых грибов в 2009 г. Приведены данные, свидетельствующие о растущей частоте обусловленных им инфекций и быстром распространении из регионов происхождения – Южно-Азиатского, Восточно-Азиатского, Южно-Африканского и Южно-Американского – по всем континентам, исключая Антарктиду, особенно активном после 2016 г. Так, в Великобритании выявлены изоляты, принадлежащие 3 различным кладам, в США присутствуют все 4 клада. В России распространение получил южноазиатский клад, его появление было ассоциировано с трудовой миграцией из Средней Азии. Подчеркнута необходимость проведения эпидемиологического надзора за С. auris для выявления источников и путей передачи инфекции, а также особенностей распространения отдельных кладов. Крайне важно использовать существующее окно возможностей для предотвращения дальнейшего распространения возбудителя, способного вызывать вспышки внутрибольничных инфекций, в том числе в отделениях реанимации и интенсивной терапии. Необходима срочная имплементация профилактических мер, что особенно актуально в период пандемии COVID-19, учитывая появление данного гриба в новых странах и клиниках, а также повышение частоты инфекций, обусловленных С. auris, в ряде стационаров, оказывающих помощь инфицированным SARS-CoV-2 пациентам.
