Аннотация
Микроорганизмы Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12 и Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-5 являются широко изученными штаммами пробиотиков. В данном обзоре представлены сведения об эффективности использования штаммов BB-12 и LA-5 и их комбинации при различных гастроэнтерологических состояниях: при лечении диареи, профилактике антибиотик-ассоциированной диареи, адъювантной терапии заболеваний, ассоциированных с Helicobacter pylori, лечении функциональных запоров и нормализации функции кишечника, а также о влиянии BB-12 и LA-5 на функционирование иммунной системы (снижение частоты инфекций дыхательных путей у детей, профилактика развития и лечение атопических заболеваний). Особое внимание уделено вопросам безопасности применения пробиотиков, в том числе у уязвимых категорий пациентов.
