Аннотация
Цефдиторен — пероральный цефалоспорин III поколения, недавно одобренный в РФ для терапии острого риносинусита, стрептококкового фарингита/тонзиллита, инфекционного обострения хронической обструктивной болезни лёгких, внебольничной пневмонии, а также инфекций кожи и мягких тканей у взрослых и детей старше 12 лет. Цефдиторен обладает высокой активностью в отношении широкого спектра аэробных внебольничных возбудителей, включая Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus aureus и многих представителей семейства Enterobacteriaceae. Причём среди всех пероральных цефалоспоринов активность цефдиторена против возбудителей внебольничных инфекций дыхательных путей и инфекций кожи и мягких тканей является наиболее сбалансированной. В статье подробно рассматриваются антимикробная активность цефдиторена, его фармакокинетика, сведения о клинической эффективности и безопасности препарата. Также представлены данные сравнительной in vitro активности цефдиторена в отношении внебольничных респираторных патогенов, выделенных в различных регионах РФ.
