Представлен обзор бактериологических и клинических данных о цефтаролине фосамиле — новом антибиотике цефалоспоринового ряда. Основные перспективы его использования в России связаны с высокой антипневмококковой и анти-MRSA активностью, широтой спектра антибактериального действия, низкой токсичностью и хорошей переносимостью.
