Аннотация
Инфекционные осложнения при синдроме диабетической стопы остаются значимой медицинской, социальной и экономической проблемой. И, попрежнему, результатом этих осложнений является высокий риск ампутации конечности. В данной публикации рассматриваются клиническая диагностика инфекции диабетической стопы, сложные вопросы диагностики остеомиелита, вопросы амбулаторного и стационарного лечения пациентов, ответственности различных специалистов за результат лечения пациента, представленные в рекомендациях Американского общества по инфекционным заболеваниям (IDSA) пересмотра 2012 года. Рекомендации сравниваются с предыдущей версией от 2007 года и с ситуацией, реально существующей в нашей стране.
