Аннотация
Уровень потребления пробиотиков в составе продуктов питания, биологически активных добавок к пище и в качестве лекарственных препаратов неуклонно возрастает. Одновременно увеличивается количество исследований, посвящённых эффективности данных средств при различных патологических состояниях. В то же время вопрос о безопасности применения продуктов, содержащих живые микроорганизмы, для человека остается открытым. Официальная процедура оценки безопасности пробиотиков, входящих в состав пищевых добавок, в Европе не установлена. В публикуемой статье приводятся результаты микробиологического исследования препарата «Линекс» (Сандоз): определение видовой идентификации и чувствительности к антибиотикам микроорганизмов, входящих в его состав, в свете предлагаемых на сегодняшний день международными экспертными организациями подходов к оценке безопасности продуктов, содержащих живые микроорганизмы.
