Аннотация
Биоплёнки — особая и, тем не менее, абсолютно превалирующая форма существования микроорганизмов, оказавшаяся в фокусе особого внимания в связи с возросшим объёмом информации, касающейся роли данной организации микроорганизмов при инфекционных заболеваниях человека. По сути, в настоящий момент мы являемся свидетелями формирования новой ветви профилактической и терапевтической медицины, нуждающейся в разработке фармацевтических и нефармацевтических методов предупреждения образования биоплёнок или разрушения образовавшихся. В обзоре рассмотрены данные, касающиеся перспективной возможности использования N-ацетилцистеина в комплексной терапии инфекций дыхательных путей с целью разрушения биоплёнок.
