Аннотация
Метициллинорезистентный Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) ST239 относится к одному из наиболее распространённых во всём мире нозокомиальному клону. Типичные штаммы MRSA генотипа ST239 не продуцируют токсин синдрома токсического шока (TSST-1), синтез которого кодирует ген, входящий в состав острова патогенности SaPI. В данном исследовании получены результаты изучения нового варианта MRSA ST239, продуцирующего TSST-1, синтез которого закодирован в генах острова патогенности SaP2 (обозначенного как SaPI2/R). Штамм выделен от ВИЧ-инфицированного пациента, больного пневмонией. По результатам типирования стафилококковой хромосомной кассеты данный вариант MRSA был отнесён к SCC*mec*III.1.1.2 типу.
