Аннотация
Риск развития синдрома диабетической стопы у пациентов с сахарным диабетом в течение жизни составляет не менее 25%. Половина всех форм синдрома диабетической стопы ассоциирована с инфекцией, при этом 65% инфицированных форм синдрома диабетической стопы приходится на остеомиелит. Причём, именно остеомиелит является основной причиной нетравматических ампутаций нижних конечностей в мире. Пятилетняя выживаемость после таких операций, в виду целого ряда медицинских и социальных проблем, составляет только 50%. В связи с вышесказанным ранняя и адекватная диагностика остеомиелита является крайне важной для выбора тактики ведения у таких пациентов и улучшения исходов заболевания.
