Аннотация
Инфекции дыхательных путей, являясь самыми частыми инфекционными заболеваниями у человека, могут стать причиной серьёзных осложнений и причинить значительный экономический ущерб. В связи с этим крайне важно обеспечить адекватное лечение различных нозологических форм респираторных инфекций, решить вопрос о необходимости назначения антибактериальной терапии, выбрать препараты, наиболее активные в отношении предполагаемых возбудителей. В последнее время появляется всё больше данных, которые заставляют пересмотреть традиционные взгляды на этиологию и патогенез инфекций дыхательных путей. Это касается и обнаружения ранее неизвестных свойств у давно известных микроорганизмов, и переоценки этиологической значимости «атипичных патогенов» при острых респираторных инфекциях, заболеваниях верхних дыхательных путей, бронхов и ЛОРорганов. В представленном обзоре предпринята попытка обобщить имеющися сведения, касающиеся новых взглядов на этиологические и патогенетические аспекты, а также современные подходы к антибактериальной терапии инфекций дыхательных путей.
