Аннотация
Хронический простатит/синдром хронической тазовой боли является одним из наиболее распространённых и трудных для диагностики и лечения заболеваний в урологической практике. Согласно современным международным рекомендациям, выбор подходов к терапии хронического простатита зависит от локализации патологического процесса в мочевыводящих путях, клинической формы, а также этиологии заболевания. В данной статье представлены современные аспекты микробиологической диагностики хронического простатита, а также вопросы эпидемиологии и классификации данного заболевания. Также обсуждается роль грамположительных возможных патогенов в качестве возбудителей хронического простатита.
