Аннотация
На базе данных Medline и Cochrane проанализирована литература по проблеме кандидоза у новорождённых с очень низкой массой тела при рождении (<1500 г). В анализ не вошли исследования по кандидозу у доношенных новорождённых и детей старше периода новорождённости, а также данные по колонизации Candida spp. слизистых оболочек. В статье приводятся наиболее распространённые классификации кандидоза в неонатологии, данные по его частоте и эпидемиологии. Указаны достоверные факторы риска для основных клинических форм кандидоза: врождённого, кандидоза кожи и слизистых и острого диссеминированного кандидоза. С позиций клинической фармакологии и доказательной медицины проведён анализ применения системных антимикотиков для лечения и профилактики инвазивного кандидоза.
