Аннотация
Коклюш остается актуальной инфекцией во всем мире, в том числе в странах с высоким уровнем иммунизации населения. В то же время до сих пор отсутствуют специфичные, высокочувствительные и легко воспроизводимые методы диагностики этой инфекции, которые бы удовлетворяли потребностям практического здравоохранения. В 1980-90-е годы были получены новые данные об антигенной структуре Bordetella pertussis и факторах патогенности этого микроорганизма. Представлен обзор данных по микробиологической характеристике возбудителя коклюша и родственных ему бактерий. Описаны различные факторы патогенности B.pertussis, их роль в развитии заболевания и формировании иммунитета у человека. Рассмотрены некоторые вопросы патогенеза коклюша. Описываются различные методы лабораторной диагностики инфекции, вызванной B.pertussis, их преимущества и недостатки.
