Аннотация
Болезнь Кавасаки – гипериммунный васкулит, предположительно инфекционного происхождения. Предрасполагающими факторами скорее всего являются генетическая предрасположенность и атопии. Хотя этиология болезни Кавасаки неизвестна, существует много свидетельств, что именно инфекция может быть триггером этого системного заболевания. В качестве причины болезни Кавасаки рассматриваются инфекционные антигены: суперантигены некоторых бактерий и обычные антигены вирусов и/или бактерий. Не исключено, что один или более неизвестных пока микроорганизмов могут воздействовать на характер иммунного ответа с развитием клинических симптомов этой болезни. Однако в целом результаты исследований пока однозначно не подтверждают ни одну из предложенных теорий, в связи с чем очевидна необходимость продолжения исследований в этом направлении.
