Аннотация
Исследована эпидемиология антибиотикорезистентности назофарингеальных штаммов Haemophilus influenzae, выделенных у здоровых детей, посещавших детские организованные коллективы городов Москвы, Смоленска и Ярцево. H.influenzae выделена у 44% детей. Чувствительность к антибактериальным препаратам определяли с помощью Е-тестов. Резистентность гемофильной палочки, включая штаммы с промежуточным уровнем устойчивости, составила к ампициллину 2,1%, к амоксициллину/клавуланату – 0,6%, к цефаклору – 0,6%, к ко-тримоксазолу – 20,9%. К кларитромицину были выявлены только штаммы с промежуточным уровнем резистентности. Ввиду высокой частоты устойчивости гемофильной палочки к ко-тримоксазолу, использование его в амбулаторной практике для лечения инфекций дыхательных путей необходимо ограничить.
