Аннотация
В методических рекомендациях приведены общие сведения об одном из основных возбудителей внебольничных бактериальных инфекций – aemophilus influenzae (гемофильной палочке). Подробно обсуждаются забор клинического материала, селективные и неселективные питательные среды для выделения, морфологические и фенотипические подходы к идентификации. Рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки различных методов определения чувствительности Haemophilus influenzae к современным антимикробным препаратам, приведены критерии интерпретации полученных результатов на основе международных рекомендаций (NCCLS).
