Аннотация
Аминогликозиды являются группой антибактериальных препаратов, широко используемых в клинической практике для лечения инфекционных болезней. Однако их применение сопряжено с рядом проблем: токсичностью, фармакокинетическими особенностями и резистентностью микроорганизмов. В настоящей работе рассматриваются механизмы устойчивости возбудителей инфекций к аминогликозидам, клиническое значение основного механизма резистентности – ферментативной модификации молекулы аминогликозидных антибиотиков.
