Аннотация
Хирургические вмешательства на молочной железе – широкое направление, включающее как оперативное лечение заболеваний молочной железы, так и различные варианты реконструктивных и пластических операций по коррекции молочной железы. Несмотря на то, что по общепринятой классификации вмешательства на молочной железе считаются «чистыми», частота инфекционных осложнений при хирургическом лечении рака молочной железы выше, чем при обычных «чистых» хирургических вмешательствах, и данный показатель значительно повышается при проведении одномоментной реконструкции молочной железы с использованием экспандеров или имплантатов. В данных практических рекомендациях впервые в России представлен детальный анализ имеющихся актуальных публикаций по антибиотикопрофилактике и лечению инфекционных осложнений (инфекций области хирургического вмешательства и имплант-ассоциированных инфекций) и предложены конкретные схемы применения антибиотиков при хирургических вмешательствах на молочной железе как при раке молочной железы, так и при выполнении реконструктивно-пластических операций.
