Аннотация
В данной статье обсуждается этиология, характеристики пациентов, данные по антибиотикорезистентности, а также другие факторы, определяющие показания к назначению и выбор соответствующих антибиотиков для лечения инфекций нижних дыхательных путей, таких как острый бронхит, внебольничная пневмония и обострение хронической обструктивной болезни лёгких, с учётом принципов рациональной антибактериальной терапии.
