Аннотация
В последнее время всё более оживлённой становится дискуссия о возможностях коротких курсов лечения различных инфекций, в том числе и инфекций дыхательных путей. Привлекательность подобного терапевтического подхода очевидна: короткая антимикробная терапия (АМТ) не только сопровождается более высокой комплаентностью, но и характеризуется меньшим числом нежелательных лекарственных реакций, снижением риска селекции и распространения лекарственноустойчивых возбудителей, а также экономической привлекательностью. Основным вопросом при обсуждении стратегии коротких курсов АМТ является следующий: не сопровождается ли сокращение продолжительности лечения (по сравнению с традиционной) снижением конечной терапевтической эффективности? Поиску ответа на него, применительно к ведению больных внебольничной пневмонией, и посвящена настоящая статья.
