Аннотация
Тяжёлая пневмония характеризуется высокими показателями летальности, поэтому правильная оценка степени тяжести играет главную роль при своевременной госпитализации больного, в том числе в отделение реанимации и интенсивной терапии. На сегодняшний день разработано несколько шкал для оценки риска неблагоприятного исхода при пневмонии. Каждый подход имеет определённые преимущества и недостатки. В статье представлен анализ современных рекомендаций по ведению больных, переносящих тяжёлую внебольничную пневмонию.
