Аннотация
Появление антибиотикорезистентных микроорганизмов в ротовой полости отмечается не только при терапии макролидами, но и антимикробными препаратами (АМП) других классов (в частности, пенициллинами), и связано оно с селекцией резистентных штаммов, исходно присутствующих в составе нормальной микрофлоры ротовой полости. Следует отметить, что транзиторное повышение числа антибиотикорезистентных микробов в ротовой полости обычно не вызывает каких-либо клинических проблем у их носителей.
