Аннотация
Нозокомиальная пневмония (НП) является одним из наиболее часто встречаемых в стационаре инфекционных заболеваний и самым частым — у больных отделений реанимации и интенсивной терапии (ОРИТ). Клинические и экономические последствия НП очень значимы, особенно для больных, находящихся на искусственной вентиляции лёгких (ИВЛ). В настоящих рекомендациях представлена информация о начальной оценке и ведении взрослых пациентов с НП. Основными движущими силами для разработки данных рекомендаций явились рост резистентности возбудителей НП, приведший к необходимости пересмотра существовавших подходов к выбору эмпирической антибактериальной терапии, а также понимание того, что избыточное применение антимикробных препаратов является одним из главных факторов, способствующих росту резистентности микроорганизмов.
