Аннотация
Данная статья представляет собой критический анализ новых международных клинических рекомендаций по ведению больных с тяжёлым сепсисом и септическим шоком, подготовленных экспертами 15 медицинских ассоциаций, объединённых в сообщество Surviving Sepsis Campaign, и выполненных при их сопоставлении с положениями прежних документов, изданных в 2001 и 2004 гг. Новая версия рекомендательного протокола, в своей основе построенная на рекомендациях 2004 г., представляет собой более аргументированную концепцию интенсивной терапии пациентов различного возраста. Необходимость соблюдения клинических рекомендаций подтверждают появившиеся за три последних года позитивные результаты, демонстрирующие возможность повышения выживаемости больных с тяжёлым сепсисом. Сделано заключение о целесообразности внедрения данных клинических рекомендаций в отечественную повседневную клиническую практику.
