Аннотация
Поражения, вызванные грибами рода Aspergillus, известны очень давно, однако инвазивный аспергиллёз возник в качестве важнейшей проблемы медицины сравнительно недавно, а именно — в последние 30 лет после доказательства принципиальной излечимости гемопоэтических опухолей с помощью химиопрепаратов. Публикуемые рекомендации являются полным и на данный момент исчерпывающим документом, дающим в руки клинициста важный инструмент борьбы с такой грозной группой заболеваний, которой объединяемых в понятие аспергиллёз.
