Аннотация
Нозокомиальные инфекции (НИ) остаются одной из острейших проблем в современном здравоохранении во всём мире. Несмотря на противоэпидемические мероприятия, частота их возникновения, летальность от них и стоимость терапии НИ продолжают возрастать. По данным международных исследований и национальных рекомендаций, снижению заболеваемости НИ и резистентности микроорганизмов способствует регулярный мониторинг НИ, а также их возбудителей и профиля устойчивости к используемым антимикробным препаратам (АМП). Недостаточное использование качественных программ инфекционного контроля (ИК) является другой немаловажной проблемой, напрямую связанной с распространением нозокомиальной флоры и, как следствие, ростом заболеваемости НИ. В статье представлены результаты аналитического исследования распространённости НИ, организованного в рамках «Многоцентрового аналитического исследования по изучению представлений врачей и пациентов о мероприятиях ИК в многопрофильных стационарах РФ (МИКС-07)» и включившего информацию 33 центров (стационаров) 24 городов РФ, а также предложены подходы по улучшению качества регистрации и описывается современное представление о профилактике и мониторинге нозокомиальных инфекций, основанное на данных международных исследований и руководств по инфекционному контролю.
