Аннотация
Облигатно-анаэробные бактерии (ОАБ) представляют собой многочисленную сборную группу микроорганизмов, относящихся к различным родам и семействам, морфологически представленных грамположительными и грамотрицательными кокками, палочками, извитыми и ветвящимися формами, характеризующихся строгим анаэробиозом и чувствительностью к токсическому действию кислорода воздуха. За последние 20 лет, благодаря прогрессу в молекулярно-генетических технологиях, произошли многочисленные таксономические перестановки и изменения в номенклатуре ОАБ, отражающие эволюцию бактерий. По современной таксономической классификации морфологически сходные ОАБ могут принадлежать не только к разным семействам и даже порядкам, но и классам бактерий. И, напротив, в одном семействе могут находиться близкородственные грамположительные и грамотрицательные кокковидные и палочковидные ОАБ. Номенклатура ОАБ, выделенных из разных биотопов тела человека и клинических образцов, представлена множеством видов в составе 81 рода и 26 семейств. Большинство ОАБ относится к условным патогенам, способным вызывать неспецифические гнойно-септические заболевания различной локализации.
