Аннотация
Проведён критический анализ исследований, посвящённых обоснованности и эффективности использования глюкокортикостероидов в терапии септического шока (СШ), с позиций доказательной медицины. Представлены результаты фармакоэпидемиологического исследования, позволяющие оценить реальную практику циентов с сепсисом и СШ. С учётом имеющихся на сегодняшний день данных рекомендуется использовать гидрокортизон в дозе 300 мг/сут по следующим показаниям: рефрактерный СШ или необходимость введения высоких доз вазопрессоров для поддержания эффективной гемодинамики.
