Аннотация
Данные практические рекомендации были созданы в помощь врачам-клиницистам и другим медицинским работникам в диагностике и ведении пациентов с хронической инфекцией, вызванной вирусом гепатита В (HBV). Они разработаны в целях оптимизации подходов к ведению пациентов с хроническим гепатитом В. Представленные рекомендации не претендуют на роль единственно приемлемого и правильного руководства по ведению и лечению таких пациентов. В связи с имеющимися в каждом конкретном клиническом случае особенностями терапии практические рекомендации не могут являться единственным приемлемым стандартом по ведению пациентов с хроническим гепатитом В и должны совершенствоваться по мере поступления новых данных. Настоящие практические рекомендации разработаны и одобрены Комитетом по созданию практических рекомендаций Американской ассоциации по изучению заболеваний печени. Они должны восприниматься исключительно как рекомендации, а не как стандарт оказания медицинской помощи. Данные, использованные для разработки рекомендаций, получены в результате анализа литературы, касающейся особенностей естественного течения, диагностики и лечения хронического гепатита В.
