Аннотация
Инфекция, вызванная Helicobacter pylori, занимает одно из первых мест в мире по распространенности. К H.pylori-ассоциированным болезням относятся хронический гастрит, язвенная болезнь желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки. Не исключается роль этого микроорганизма в развитии MALT-лимфомы и аденокарциномы желудка. В данной статье представлены микробиологическая характеристика H.pylori, характер и особенности взаимоотношений его с макроорганизмом, молекулярные основы патогенности. Большое внимание уделено особенностям формирования иммунитета при H. рylori-инфекции. Обсуждаются механизмы участия микроорганизма в формировании язвы желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки. Приведен обзор данных, касающихся роли H.pylori как фактора риска в развитии онкологических заболеваний желудка.
