Аннотация
Проанализированы потенциальный экономический и клинический эффекты терапии хронического гепатита В ламивудином и a-интерфероном в системе здравоохранения Министерства обороны РФ с использованием компьютерного моделирования. Задачей данного анализа было получение информации, необходимой для наиболее эффективного расходования ограниченных ресурсов здравоохранения при лечении хронического гепатита В. Терапия ламивудином представляется предпочтительной, поскольку в большей степени увеличивает ожидаемую продолжительность жизни пациентов с хроническим гепатитом В и снижает риск развития как компенсированного, так и декомпенсированного цирроза печени и гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы, чем при лечении a-интерфероном.
