Abstract
As a result of the increase in the number of diseases and conditions that are leading to secondary immunodeficiency, the problem of severe opportunistic infections becoming more and more actual.In the present article authors have described and analyzed 4 cases of pneumocystis pneumonia in patients with secondary non-HIV immunodeficiency.Special attention is paid to clinical features, diagnostics, and approaches to the treatment of this severe disorder.
