Abstract
The educational project “ERA” (Expert Recommendations on Antimicrobial Therapy) was established to join leading experts for the solution of the most important issues in antimicrobial therapy. One of such topics is a proper dosing regimen of aminopenicillins, particularly in children.Administration of too low doses and/or too short courses of therapy that is not sufficient for eradication of pathogens is still commonly used in Russia. Proposed recommendations justity the principles of dosing of oral aminopenicillins.
