Objective. To determine in vitro activity of oral III generation cephalosporin cefpodoxime against clinical isolates of Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Streptococcus pyogenes isolated from patients with community-acquired respiratory tract infections in different regions of the Russian Federation.
