Аннотация
Рассматриваются схемы терапии бактериального эндокардита, вызванного Enterococcus spp., в том числе полирезистентными штаммами. Обсуждается возможность уменьшения риска развития нефротоксических осложнений у больных пожилого и старческого возраста за счет сокращения срока применения аминогликозидов при их использовании в комбинации с бета-лактамами.
