Abstract

Analyzing the cases of treatment of pneumonia with influenza A/H1N1 in the background, it was noted that the outpatient antiviral therapy was provided mainly by «Arbidol». Neuraminidase inhibitors (Oseltamivir and Zanamivir) were used very infrequently. In our study, regardless of terms of appointment, «Arbidol» had no effect on the prognosis and course of pneumonia in patients with influenza A/H1N1. In assessing the adequacy of pre-hospital and in-hospital antibiotic therapy, the non-compliance to national recommendations was obvious.
